What is Screen printing? Screen printing involves creating a stencil, known as a screen, and then using that screen to apply ink on the printing surface. Each individual color is applied using a different screen, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. The more colors a design has, the more screens that are needed, and the more setup time required.

Price Factors to Consider:
- Type of Garment - We offer many different options for almost every product type. From inexpensive to high end options, there are many styles to choose from
- Quantity Ordered - A lot of the work involved with screen printing is in the creation and then setup/tear down of the screens. Due to that, the more shirts you order, the lower your per piece price will be as we can spread that time cost over more items.
- Number of Locations Being Printed - Each location requires new setups and runs for your order. 1 location printing (Front only) will always be less expensive than 2 or more print locations (front and back, front and sleeve...etc)
- Number of Colors in Each Design - The more colors in your design, the longer the setup and run time for each location. A one-color print will be less expensive than a 3-color print.
- In-Hands Date - The quicker you need it, the more expensive it will be. Orders are produced on-demand for your due date and involve multiple processes that have to happen in order for it to happen. Garments need to be ordered from our suppliers, art needs to be done and approved, and screens need to be created.
